Conditions of sale<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE ITALY<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. The orders issued by the Customer are received by Isoplam srl as an order proposal subject to approval.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The commercial conditions (discount) for each item refer to the Isoplam Official Price List in force on the date of receipt of the proposal from Isoplam Srl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Orders are processed according to the availability of the warehouse, with possible recourse to partial fulfilments. No liability can be attributed to Isoplam srl in case of delay in the fulfilment of the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, goods are delivered ex works to our factory in Maser (TV), Italy, shipped via a carrier selected by Isoplam srl, with freight charges added to the invoice. Goods travel at the customer’s risk, whether freight prepaid or carriage collect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Upon delivery, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, undamaged, or otherwise altered, and that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated on the shipping document. Any damage to the product or packaging, or any discrepancy in the information, must be immediately reported to the carrier by writing a reservation of inspection on the proof of delivery. Once the carrier’s document has been signed, the Customer may not raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Complaints regarding defects in the characteristics of the delivered goods will only be considered if submitted in writing no later than eight days after the date of receipt by the Customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. If the customer fails to collect the goods stored at the carrier’s warehouse within 2 business days due to repeated failure to deliver to the address indicated in the order, the customer will be charged for storage and re-delivery costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Payments must be made within the agreed-upon terms exclusively with the administrative office of Isoplam srl or to persons with explicit written authorization. According to the following conditions of sale, arbitrary withholdings or roundings not explicitly agreed in writing by Isoplam are not permitted. In the event of failure to comply with the deferred payment terms, for any reason, the customer will be charged out-of-pocket bank charges plus interest at the maximum rate permitted by law, from the date of the individual missed payment deadlines until the balance is paid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Given the unprecedented times we are experiencing, freight transport and distribution services cannot be performed regularly, and therefore delays may occur that are not our fault but are due to force majeure (the Covid-19 health emergency). Shipping costs may vary due to external circumstances (fuel costs, tolls, ferries, the COVID-19 health emergency, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. All Isoplam srl products are guaranteed for quality and workmanship for 12 months from the invoice date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. If it is necessary to exercise the contractual warranty, the Customer must: return the product to Isoplam srl, freight prepaid, with the reason “return under warranty”; any freight collect shipment will not be accepted; accompany the shipment with a written description of the claimed manufacturing and\/or quality defects, including the description on the shipping document; indicate the supply reference (number and date of the original Isoplam srl invoice) on the shipping documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. No repairs, replacements, or credits will be made for products that, in the opinion of Isoplam srl’s technical management, are defective, deteriorated, or malfunctioning due to inexperience, tampering, or adaptation to uses other than those for which they were intended.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. The warranty excludes any compensation for damages and expenses of any kind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. Returns of goods due to order errors or other reasons not attributable to Isoplam srl will be accepted only with prior authorization. Goods in perfect condition will be credited at the invoiced value less 10% to cover inspection, re-storage, handling, and administrative costs. Goods produced or purchased to order CANNOT be returned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  15. VAT, taxes, and any other fiscal charges are the responsibility of the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  16. The Treviso Court is exclusively competent for any dispute.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The technical characteristics, dimensions and any other data of this catalogue\/list are not demanding. Isoplam srl reserves the right to change them at any time and without notice. This price list cancels and replaces the previous ones. Prices are ex-works, excluding transport. According to the current conditions of sale, the pallets will be charged at cost and are to be lost. EUR EPAL pallets if not returned will be charged at cost. The packaged goods have a cost for each package of Euro 6.00. Solvent-based products are subject to strong price variations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Deco Nuvolato products (except in the Light Gray colour), Pavilux Sbl\u00e9e (except in the Cement colouring), are produced to order and in quantities greater per Kg. 1500. The goods produced to order will be delivered including the surplus given by the production process.

    Isoplam srl reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price list in force is authentic.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
