Metal spacers are essential for the correct positioning of the welded reinforcement mesh in concrete flooring and ensure the required concrete cover before and during concrete pouring. Spacers are also used to maintain the correct distance between the lower and upper welded reinforcement meshes in slabs and floors.

The Isoplam lattice spacer offers excellent strength and tilt resistance thanks to its sinusoidal shape and diagonal elements. It allows workers to walk on the reinforcement mesh during concrete pouring and prevents the mesh from bending. The version with continuous vertical wires eliminates the risk of puncturing the waterproofing membrane or nylon sheet placed underneath. Various heights are available depending on the concrete thickness. Correct positioning of the reinforcement mesh helps reduce the risk of cracking and hairline cracks on the flooring surface.”

Distanziatori
