The galvanized disc for concrete floating is the accessory used to flatten the surface and remove screeding marks from industrial concrete floors, improving their flatness. It is used when the concrete pour is in the initial or advanced setting stage, when it can be walked on without sinking more than one centimetre.

Disc finishing also allows the operator to incorporate the first coats of Pavilux quartz hardener into the concrete. Used as the first accessory on the power trowel, it also allows the creation of porous and open finishes with a high slip resistance coefficient, particularly suitable for outdoor surfaces.

The roughing float discs are manufactured from high-quality galvanized steel, ensuring consistent abrasiveness and long operational life. Each disc is equipped with 4 brackets with “Z”-shaped safety hooks that allow quick and secure attachment to the finishing blades or combined blades of the power trowel, which drive the disc during operation.

Available in different sizes, the galvanized discs for power trowels can be used with single or double power trowels in the configuration with non-overlapping blades.
