Microcement for exteriors

Microverlay is the innovative design surface with an extremely small thickness, only 3 millimetres, also designed to enhance outdoor spaces with a continuous and contemporary aesthetic result.

Isoplam microcement, or resin cement, allows you to create surfaces without joints or joints, ideal for outdoor flooring, pool edges, terraces and pedestrian paths, ensuring visual continuity between interior and exterior. In addition to the aesthetic impact, the system is designed to ensure good performance in terms of weather resistance and the possibility of non-slip finishes, essential in outdoor environments.

Microverlay is available in a wide range of finishes designed to meet different styles and design needs: from the velvety and refined surfaces of Micro Velvet, to the advanced performance and refined aesthetics of Micro Supreme; from the essential linearity of Micro Flat to the non-slip materiality of Micro Grip XL and the more delicate Micro Grip version; from the robustness of Micro Compact for high-traffic floors to the decorative and elegant character of Micro Sale and Pepe.

The pros of the product

Microverlay microcement is a low-thickness architectural cement that is the ideal solution for renovating outdoor spaces without the need to remove or demolish existing surfaces.

The excellent adhesion skills in fact allow the microcement to be applied on any type of material: sand-cement screed, cement, ceramics, marble, stone, tiles and self-levelling.

Resistant to medium traffic, to atmospheric agents and waterproof, Isoplam resin cement can cover floors and vertical surfaces in any outdoor, private and public environment: terraces, porches, pool borders, courtyards, pedestrian paths, dehors, commercial spaces and accommodation facilities; but also stairs, wall coverings and outdoor furniture elements.

The absence of joints or joints makes Microverlay a continuous, hygienic and extremely easy to clean surface, ideal for outdoor contexts and designed to ensure durability over time: the product is water-based and does not release dangerous substances for the health of people and the environment.

Application

FLOOR:

Grinding of the concrete, screed, self-levelling compound or tiled surface.
Application of Vapor Barrier with fibreglass mesh.
Application of Microverlay Base or Microverlay Medium, followed by intermediate sanding and cleaning.
Application of Microverlay Finish, followed by intermediate sanding and cleaning.
Once fully cured, application of the appropriate final protective sealer.
