The Data Controller processes personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and all applicable European and national regulations concerning the protection of personal data.

2.1 Browsing Data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, technical data whose transmission is inherent to the use of Internet communication protocols (IP addresses, domain names, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, access times and page interaction data).

Purpose

  • Production of aggregated and anonymous statistics on website usage.
  • Ensuring the proper technical functioning of the platform.

2.3 Data Collected Through MailUp (Newsletter Distribution Tools)

The service used for newsletters and communications uses statistical tracking systems (e.g. web beacons and pixels) to detect email openings, link clicks, browser type and IP address.

Purpose: analysing interest in content, campaign performance and improving information services.

Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

3. Nature of Data Provision

  • Providing data for contractual, pre-contractual or legal purposes is mandatory: without such data, it will not be possible to process the user’s requests.
  • Providing data for marketing, newsletters, events and updates is optional and subject to consent. If consent is not provided, users may still use the website and access its basic services.

4. Processing Methods and Data Retention Periods

Data processing is carried out using IT, electronic and, where necessary, manual tools, strictly related to the stated purposes and in compliance with the security standards required by the GDPR.

Retention periods

  • Contractual and administrative data: 10 years, as required by law.
  • Contact data for general enquiries: up to 24 months.
  • Marketing/newsletter data: until consent is withdrawn or a maximum of 24 months after the last interaction.
  • Curriculum vitae: 12 months.
  • Technical and browsing data: according to the technical retention periods required by the system and, in any case, no longer than 12 months.

Data may be processed by:

  • technical suppliers and IT infrastructure managers;

  • group companies for organisational purposes.
