Using the corten, zinc or copper effect instead of traditional metal sheets, considerable savings are achieved on material and installation costs. Application times are fast and inconveniences such as the unsightly leaks that often characterise Corten steel exposed to atmospheric agents are avoided. The surfaces maintain the aesthetics of oxidised metals with greater practicality, being ideal for facades, interiors and furnishings.

With Oxydecor it is also possible to create rusty, galvanised or copper effects even on non-metallic materials such as wood, plastic or plaster. Application Oxydecor Rust

1. Existing substrate.
2. Application of Deco Primer Finish.
3. Application of Oxyrust Primer.
4. Application of two coats of Oxyrust Paint using a trowel.
5. When the coating is almost dry, application of Oxyrust Oxidant by spray, pad or sponge in an irregular pattern.
6. While the surface is still damp, uniform application of Oxyrust Activator by spray over the entire surface.
7. Application of Oxyrust Protection or Plam Pol Water Mono Matt by roller, brush or airless spray.

Application Oxydecor Zinc

1. Existing substrate.
2. Application of Deco Primer Finish by roller.
3. Application of two coats of Oxyzinc Liquid + Oxyzinc Powder by roller.
4. When the coating is almost dry, application of Oxyzinc Oxidant and Oxyzinc Activator by spray, pad or sponge in an irregular pattern.
5. Application of Oxyzinc Protection or Plam Pol Water Mono Matt by roller, brush or airless spray.

Application Oxydecor Copper

1. Existing substrate.
2. Application of Deco Primer Finish.
3. Application of Oxyzinc Liquid + Oxyzinc Powder by roller.
4. Application of Oxyrust Paint by brush in an irregular pattern.
5. When the coating is almost dry, application of Oxyrust Oxidant by spray, pad or sponge, followed by Oxyrust Activator.
6. Application of Oxyrust Protection or Plam Pol Water Mono Matt by roller, brush or airless spray.

Application Oxydecor Verderame

1. Application of Deco Primer Finish by roller.
2. Once dry, application of coloured Oxygreen Primer by roller.
3. Once dry, uniform application of two coats of Oxygreen Powder + Liquid.
4. Before the coating has completely dried, application of Oxygreen Oxidant and Oxygreen Activator in an irregular pattern using an Isoplam spray pump.
5. Once fully dry, application of Oxygreen Protection by roller or airless spray, or application of another suitable protective coating.

Application Oxydecor Verderame Antico

1. Application of Deco Primer Finish by roller onto the existing substrate.
2. Application of coloured Oxygreen Primer by roller.
3. Application of Oxygreen Powder mixed with Oxygreen Liquid using a plastic or steel trowel in an irregular mottled pattern.
4. Application of Oxygreen Oxidant and Oxygreen Activator in an irregular manner.
5. Application of Oxyrust Paint in an irregular manner using a plastic or steel trowel.
6. Application of Oxyrust Oxidant in an irregular manner, followed by Oxyrust Activator over the entire surface.
7. Application of the protective coating Oxygreen Protection or Plam Pol Water Mono by roller or airless spray.

Application Oxydecor Verderame Brunito

1. Application of Deco Primer Finish by roller onto the existing substrate.
2. Application of one coat of Oxyrust Primer by roller.
3. Application of one coat of Oxyrust Paint using a mottled technique.
4. Application of one coat of Oxyrust Oxidant sprayed using a mottled technique.
5. Application of one coat of Oxyrust Activator by spray.
6. Application of one coat of Oxygreen Powder mixed with Oxygreen Liquid using a mottled technique.
7. Application of one coat of Oxygreen Oxidant and Oxygreen Activator sprayed using a mottled technique.
8. Application of Oxygreen Protection by roller or spray.
