Industrial floor
The strength and essential beauty of the industrial concrete flooring, serving industrial and civil contexts. Pavilux is an expression of Isoplam’s more than 40 years of experience in the realisation of high-traffic concrete floors. Depending on the environments, indoor or outdoor, and the different functional needs, it is possible to choose the desired resistance and hardness characteristics: the industrial-style floor is made by dusting on fresh concrete, working the surface with a mechanical or manual stapler. By choosing the “combed” type finish, it is also possible to create non-slip and non-slip exterior flooring.

The pros of the product
Pavilux allows you to create high-performance surfaces: German and corundum spheroidal quartz floors, with very high resistance to rolling and grazing friction and accidental impact; German and steel spheroidal quartz floors, able, if hit by the accidental fall of ferrous materials, to prevent the formation of sparks and therefore fires.
Easy to clean and maintain, Pavilux finds application in the construction of civil, commercial and industrial floors: parking lots, squares, paths, sidewalks, porches, ramps, ports, airports, chemical, steel, metalworking, metallurgical, electrical, electronic industries, directional and logistics centres, shopping centres.
Colours
Application
- Installation of formwork, polyethylene sheeting, non-woven geotextile, spacers and welded steel reinforcement mesh.
- Placement of concrete admixed with Coldpav or Hotpav and reinforced with Plam Fibre Isoplam.
- Application of Pavilux coloured surface hardener in two or three broadcast applications.
- Power trowelling of the surface using an Isoplam power trowel, followed by cleaning with suitable detergents and dedicated Isoplam equipment.
- Application of Plam Sealing/O Isoplam protective sealer.
