The Twister diamond discs are sponge polishing pads made from 100% recycled PET, with integrated synthetic diamonds that allow cleaning, grinding, and polishing of floors without chemical detergents. They can be used dry or with water only and are applied to the drive disc of single-disc machines, polishers, and power trowels, depending on the diameter.

They are suitable for floors made of industrial concrete and cloudy concrete, Venetian terrazzo, polished tiles and micro-Venetian finishes, marble, natural stone, as well as surfaces such as vinyl and linoleum. After use, they can simply be cleaned with water.

Disc function according to colour

• • White – first step: levels the surface and removes micro-scratches

  • Yellow – intermediate step: prepares the surface for final polishing

  • Green – final polishing with Plam Densifier Plus or routine maintenance with water, for high gloss

  • Red – wax removal and intensive cleaning, removes waxes and surface marks.

With 10 working passes, a single red Twister disc allows:

• the wax removal of over 1,000 m² (equal to approximately 10,000 m² overall with a single pass);
• a light grinding operation up to 600 m² (equal to approximately 6,000 m² overall with a single pass).
