Pavilux Macrodur Isoplam is a high-strength quartz dry-shake hardener for industrial floors, premixed and ready to use. Its formulation, composed of selected silica sand, Portland cement and Bayer oxide pigments, produces an extremely hard, compact and wear-resistant surface. Applied by dry-shaking onto fresh concrete and worked with a mechanical power trowel, “helicopter” power trowel or manually, the product creates a wear-resistant surface layer ideal for floors subject to heavy traffic and demanding operating conditions.

The Pavilux Macrodur quartz surface hardener significantly increases abrasion resistance, resistance to concentrated loads and impact, improving floor durability and reducing dust formation. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor industrial floors, multi-storey car parks, anti-slip ramps, “herringbone” ramps, combed ramps, loading and unloading areas, warehouses, shopping centres, car parks, logistics facilities, sidewalks, sports areas, shops and surfaces subject to continuous cyclical traffic. It is also ideal for manhole covers, inspection chambers, drainage channels and road gullies, and is supplied on practical 1,500 kg pallets with rain protection.
