Inserito in un’area vincolata dei Colli Euganei, il progetto ha richiesto superfici esterne capaci di rispettare il contesto paesaggistico circostante.

For this modern residence, the applicator has made the driveway area, the perimeter walkways and the outdoor porch in Isoplam® moulded concrete. In this way, the intervention creates material continuity between architecture and outdoor spaces.

The choice of the rock effect texture has allowed to obtain a surface with a natural appearance but with all the performance advantages of continuous decorative concrete. The surface variations contribute to integrating the intervention into the hilly landscape of the Euganean Hills, avoiding the visual impact typical of traditional modular flooring.

For the colour finish, the project uses the Platinum colour with Light Gray shades. This combination creates soft and natural shades that dialogue with contemporary architecture and with the colours of the territory.

The absence of leaks and visual discontinuities reinforces the essential language of the building, while the continuous surface guarantees practicality of use, resistance to vehicular traffic and ease of maintenance.

For designers and architects, moulded concrete represents a particularly effective solution in residential contexts inserted in landscape areas subject to environmental constraints, thanks to the possibility of combining aesthetic value, environmental integration and technical performance in a single continuous decorative surface.
