In the design of the outdoor spaces of this accommodation structure immersed in the Dolomites, the flooring becomes a key element in the definition of the architectural and landscape experience.

The covered terrace and outdoor lounge areas are finished with Isoplam Plam Resin Drain, a permeable system made from natural stone aggregate bound with resin, selected to provide both permeability and durability.

Its granular texture reflects the natural presence of stone in the Dolomite landscape, creating a seamless, stable surface that is ideal for covered terraces, seating areas and outdoor social spaces designed for guests.

The permeable structure therefore prevents water pooling and keeps the surface stable and safe even under heavy pedestrian traffic, a typical requirement for outdoor areas in hospitality settings.

In addition to the permeable surfaces, selected areas were finished in industrial concrete with a brushed, slip-resistant finish, used to define outdoor terraces and circulation routes.

The combination of the two systems makes it possible to organise the different functions of the outdoor space while maintaining aesthetic consistency with the architecture and, at the same time, ensuring durability, ease of maintenance and performance suited to Alpine climatic conditions.
