The Isoplam flexible rubber joint strip is a PVC joint filler profile designed for control joints in industrial and stamped concrete flooring. Applied immediately after cutting, it protects the joint from dust and debris, keeping it clean while the concrete cures.
Once the floor has fully cured, the joint strip can be easily removed, leaving the cut open and ready for the insertion of Filtene joint backing rod and subsequent sealing with Plam Sigil Isoplam. The profile is available in different thicknesses and colours to suit various types of flooring.
The “balloon” version features a wider upper section that covers micro-chipping along the cut and remains stable over time without rising or sinking. It also adapts to narrower cuts as the blade wears down, providing a practical and durable solution for correctly completing the joint system.
