Agente ossidante per effetto ruggine

Oxyrust Oxidant Isoplam is the liquid oxidising agent of the Oxydecor Rust rust effect decorative cycle, designed to activate the reaction that transforms iron from its metallic state into actual iron oxides, generating the typical orange patina of natural rust. Within the Oxydecor Rust system, this product accelerates and controls the corrosion process to achieve an authentic, textured and realistic rust effect on indoor and outdoor decorative surfaces.

The oxidising agent is applied by spray, with a pad or sponge, in a deliberately irregular manner, onto the still-damp surface previously treated with Oxyrust Paint. This application method makes it possible to achieve natural colour variations and an appearance similar to the spontaneous oxidation of metal.

Once the desired level of oxidation has been reached, the action of Oxyrust Oxidant is stopped using Oxyrust Activator, which blocks the process and stabilises the rust-coloured patina, preparing it for subsequent protection.
