Pavilux Crystalquarz Isoplam is a high-strength quartz dry-shake hardener for civil, commercial and industrial flooring, composed of high-purity German spheroidal quartz, Portland cement and Bayer oxides. The pre-mixed, ready-to-use mixture is evenly applied as a dry shake onto fresh concrete and worked with a power trowel, helicopter trowel or manually to obtain an extremely compact and durable surface. The high hardness of the quartz and its siliceous composition reinforce the surface layer of the concrete, increasing its resistance to wear, abrasion and mechanical stresses caused by rubber-tyred traffic or cyclic movements.

The Pavilux Crystalquarz surface hardener improves the durability of the floor by increasing surface mechanical strength. The surface becomes more resistant to freeze-thaw cycles, de-icing salts and weathering, making it ideal for yards, ramps, terraces, pavements, car parks, garages, basements, schools, hospitals, commercial areas and newly constructed industrial flooring. By reducing dust formation, it facilitates cleaning and limits the penetration of oils and greases. Pavilux Crystalquarz is supplied in 25 kg bags on 1,500 kg pallets with a rainproof cover, which protects the material during transport and storage, maintaining the product’s technical properties.
