The cyclone pre-separator for vacuum cleaners is an essential accessory to be combined with Isoplam professional vacuum cleaners, designed to protect the suction system and maintain high performance over time. Its main function is to prevent heavy dust and solid materials – such as wood chips, metal or glass fragments, screws, and small stones – from entering the vacuum cleaner directly during grinding operations or general suction tasks.

Thanks to the high-efficiency cyclone system, the extracted particles are separated from the air through the effect of centrifugal and gravitational forces: heavier materials slide down to the bottom of the device and are collected in the container, significantly reducing the load on the vacuum cleaner filters and motor. This helps to reduce clogging, wear, and maintenance operations, extending the vacuum cleaner’s service life and ensuring consistent performance.

The pre-separator is equipped with a sturdy wheeled trolley, making it easy to move even on construction sites, as well as practical lifting handles. The Ø 38 mm connection nozzle makes it compatible with the main professional suction systems.
