Go Back

The recovery of Agriturismo La Pervinca, in Guastalla, comes from a measured design approach, where matter and memory dialogue without forcing.

The project by Archiplan Studio enhances the identity of the historic building through a coherent selection of materials, designed to unify the spaces and create a clear architectural language.

Within this context, Isoplam Deco Nuvolato flooring becomes a seamless element connecting indoor and outdoor spaces.

Covering more than 400 sqm, the light grey cementitious surface extends throughout the project – from guest rooms and communal spaces to event areas – creating an understated, cohesive visual language with no grout lines or visual interruptions.

The clouded texture, characterised by subtle variations in colour, introduces depth and material richness without compromising the project’s clean architectural expression.

The result is a balance between contemporary minimalism and a rural atmosphere, in keeping with the concept of authentic hospitality rooted in the Emilia region.

Outdoors, Deco Nuvolato Grip ensures aesthetic continuity while delivering high technical performance. Its power-trowelled, slip-resistant finish provides safe circulation around pathways and the pool area, while offering resistance to weathering and mechanical stresses and helping to minimise the risk of cracking.

The project demonstrates how a seamless concrete surface can become an architectural design tool, connecting spaces, functions and perceptions while enhancing both the user experience and the overall architectural quality.
