Two homes born from a shared design vision. As brother and sister, the two villas retain the same architectural DNA but develop distinct characters through shapes and colours.
Both properties have been enhanced with rock-effect Isoplam moulded concrete pavements, made for driveway access avenues, manoeuvring areas and entrance spaces to houses. Although starting from the same application technology, each home interprets the Isoplam solution differently.
In the first residence, the choice is oriented towards light gray shades and pearly shades that enhance the contemporary architecture of the building.
The second villa instead adopts a warmer palette, inspired by the colours of natural stone and earth. The colourful shades of the printed floor are harmoniously integrated with the tiles, the neutral facades and the natural stone flooring present in the outdoor spaces.
In both realisations, the design of the rock effect texture is not a simple decorative coating, but a design tool capable of relating architecture, landscape and spaces of daily living.
