Stamped concrete floor
The decorative stamped concrete floor is a monolithic concrete surface, customisable with decorative effects of great value. The concrete is imprinted with special rubber moulds, to give life to decorations and stone-effect moulded concrete floors, as well as various outdoor textures such as bricks, wood, tiles, roses and Greeks.
The final result is extremely realistic and of great aesthetic impact: the beauty of traditional coatings is perfectly reproduced, with superior performance and a very high possibility of chromatic customisation. The moulded concrete floor is in fact very solid: resistant to time, wear, traffic and also the passage of heavy vehicles.
The stamped concrete flooring is also available in the low-thickness version, Plam Stampable Overlay: with a thickness of 1 cm to 2.5 cm it guarantees at the same time a high resistance to compression, abrasion and fire.

The pros of the product
The stamped concrete floor is a monolithic floor, without joints. For this reason, it is easier to clean and has no places where water can infiltrate or where mosses and weeds can grow. It is also necessary to add special protective resins that make the floor unassailable from oils and fats, water-repellent, mould-proof, dustproof.
Easy and quick to apply, Plam Stampable allows a considerable saving of time and labour compared to the realisation of traditional stone or tile flooring. The stone-effect moulded concrete floor is available in different colours and does not require a structural screed or containment cordon: once the subfloor is prepared, it is possible to pour concrete directly.
The low-thickness version, Plam Stampable Overlay, can be used on both new and existing concrete supports, even on tiles. Isoplam’s Plam Stampable Overlay system is perfect for all those contexts, mainly outdoor and medium or high traffic, where aesthetically appreciable and high resistance low-thickness pavements are required: sidewalks, porches, avenues, pool edges, ramps, parking lots.

Application
PLAM STAMPABLE:
- Installation of formwork, polyethylene sheeting, non-woven geotextile, spacers and welded steel reinforcement mesh.
- Placement of concrete admixed with Coldpav or Hotpav and reinforced with Plam Fibre Isoplam.
- Application of Plam Hardening coloured surface hardener in two or three broadcast applications, followed by trowelling to obtain a smooth surface.
- Application of Plam Rele coloured release agent.
- Pattern imprinting and finishing using Isoplam stamps, rollers and specialised tools.
- Cleaning of the surface with an Isoplam pressure washer and single-disc machine, followed by the application of Plam Sealing/L, Plam Sealing/S or Plam Sealing Water protective sealer.
PLAM STAMPABLE OVERLAY:
- Application of Cement Primer to the existing concrete screed (smooth substrates must be mechanically scarified beforehand).
- Application of Plam Overlay in natural grey mixed with Plam Hardening coloured surface hardener, at a thickness of 1 to 2.5 cm, followed by smoothing.
- Application of Plam Rele coloured release agent.
- Pattern imprinting and finishing using Isoplam specialised tools.
- Cleaning of the surface with suitable detergents and dedicated Isoplam equipment, followed by the application of Plam Sealing/L protective sealer.
