Casa AE – Palermo (PA) Italy

The Luigi Smecca Architetti studio has taken care of a renovation and restyling project for an 80s house in Mondello, a renowned seaside resort near Palermo.

In this refined residential project in Palermo, the Architect Luigi Smecca chose Skyconcrete Outdoor to create a continuous surface, with an essential design and a strong material identity. The finish enhances the outdoor spaces with a contemporary and uniform aesthetic, integrating with balance in the architecture.

The goal was to obtain a homogeneous visual effect, capable of amplifying the brightness of the outdoor spaces and dialoguing harmoniously with the architecture of the building. The white colour, combined with the matte finish, helps to create an elegant and relaxing atmosphere, enhancing the panorama and reflecting natural light in a soft and uniform way

In addition to aesthetics, the Skyconcrete Outdoor system guarantees high performance in terms of strength, durability and ease of maintenance, ideal characteristics for a large outdoor surface. The absence of leaks and the slightly material texture make the flooring not only pleasant to the touch and eye, but also safe and comfortable for everyday use. A solution that combines technology and design, signed by Isoplam.
